Position Summary
The Junior Account Executive supports Senior Account Executives while delivering
exceptional service to assigned broker and ISO partners. Acting as a liaison between
brokers, underwriting, processing, and funding teams, this role helps ensure efficient deal
flow, timely communication, and effective account management.
Responsibilities include managing account servicing activities such as correspondence,
document collection, revision and contract requests, renewals, portfolio support, and deal
tracking from submission through funding. This developmental role is designed to prepare
team members for advancement into a full Account Executive position.
Success in this role requires exceptional responsiveness, strong attention to detail, a high
sense of urgency, and a commitment to providing industry-leading service to brokers, ISO
partners, and internal stakeholders.
Account & Relationship Management
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, deal stages, and pipeline activity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Email response time
• Deal response turnaround time
• Document collection efficiency
• Revision request turnaround time
• Contract request processing time
• Renewal opportunity conversion support
• Broker satisfaction and retention
• CRM accuracy and compliance
• Number of accounts effectively supported
Qualifications & Core Competencies
Required:
• Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Fully Remote Role in any US state but must work Eastern Standard time
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
• Industry experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), Alternative Lending, Commercial
Finance, Equipment Finance, Banking, or related financial services.
• Experience supporting broker and ISO relationships.
• Familiarity with underwriting, contracting, funding, and renewal processes.

- Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned broker and ISO accounts.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships through proactive communication and
- responsive service.
- Support Senior Account Executives in servicing, retaining, and growing existing accounts.
- Monitor account portfolios, renewal opportunities, and account activity to identify growth
- opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Deal Coordination & Partner Support
- Manage inbound account-related emails and inquiries.
- Respond to broker requests regarding submissions, approvals, stipulations, revisions,
- contracts, renewals, and funding updates.
- Coordinate with underwriting, processing, servicing, and funding departments to move
- deals efficiently through the pipeline.
- Track deal progression from submission through funding and provide accurate status
- updates.
- Escalate complex issues to the Senior Account Executive when appropriate.
- Review submissions for completeness and maintain organized documentation within
- company systems.
- Request, collect, and track required documents, stipulations, and outstanding items
- throughout the funding process.
- Submit and manage underwriting revision requests, including gathering supporting
- documentation and communicating outcomes.
- Coordinate contract generation requests, monitor contract status, and assist in resolving
- funding conditions to facilitate timely funding.
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, deal stages, and pipeline activity.
- Track renewal and account activity and prepare reports or account summaries as
- requested.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
